Over the summer as we were drumming up things to do I remembered that Primary Children's Medical Center loves to receive quilts and blankets for the little ones. We checked out their donation website and discovered a gigantic list of items they will accept.
At the bottom are items to be sewn and a PDF pattern for these medical dolls they use for patient education and comfort. They are pretty simple and a bit tedious. We just kept thinking of sweet little children lying helpless in a hospital bed:(

Another thing you can do for the hospital is donate a quilt to the Festival of Trees. All of the money received on the bidding of quilts and trees goes directly to PCMC.
